Participant Testing Overview
A broad overview of the process and documentation used to complete the ehealth Exchange Participant Testing Program.   This Program is used by eligible organizations (such as Health Information Exchange Organizations, Health Systems, Pharmacies, etc.) in order to onboard and to become participants on the eHealth Exchange.  If you are a product vendor interested in validating your product, refer to the Product Testing Program.

Participant Test Case Documentation
This page lists product test cases, documentation, provisional tests, conformity assessment checklists, and a description of content tests.  Organizations that want to exchange data with the SSA to support the Disability Determination Use Case will also be required to support the Access Consent Policy (ACP) Specifications and execute the ACP Test Cases.  Note that there is also a separate set of conformance checklists to support ACP.

NOTE:  In addition to the tests that are run in the DIL, The Sequoia Project reviews message content against our conformance checklists.  There is also a set of ACP conformance checklists that are specifically for organizations that complete the ACP Test cases and want to share data with the SSA.  So, applicants can successfully complete all tests in the DIL, but still FAIL testing due to non conformance on one or more items on our conformance checklists

NOTE:  In addition to the tests that are run in the DIL, The Sequoia Project reviews message content against our conformance checklists.  So, applicants can successfully complete all tests in the DIL, but still FAIL testing due to non conformance on one or more item on our conformance checklists.
