To apply to the eHealth Exchange:

Once your application is received, The Sequoia Project will review it and present it to the Coordinating Committee for final review and approval.  If the Coordinating Committee approves your Application for Participation, The Sequoia Project will generate an invoice for testing fees and refer you to begin testing. All testing fees are detailed in the Testing Agreement.

Note: You may, if you wish, also pay the eHealth Exchange participation fees at this time.  Payment of the participation fees can either be made in conjunction with the testing fees or separately once you are ready to go into production on the eHealth Exchange. For ACH & Wire instructions or to request an invoice earlier in the process, please contact administrator@ehealthexchange.com
