Description: Accept two documents

Submit two documents in a Provide and Register transaction and verify the transaction
by querying the Registry for the metadata.
This test does not Retrieve the documents. It tests the submission only.
Section submit
Send a Provide and Register transaction to the Repository under test containing two documents.
The Repository is expected to forward the metadata to a Registry simulator.
